Nicole is the Founder of Glo Up Chicago which is the leading spray tanning and makeup brand in the Chicago land area. It is no surprise that Glo Up is much more than just a tanning destination. Nicole studied esthetics in Massachusetts and worked and lived in Boston for two years.
The moment Nicole picked up a spray tan gun and sprayed her first client she quickly realized how rewarding it felt to make people feel beautiful. Nicole told herself she would open her own business in Chicago if she ever got a chance to go back "home". Nicole continued to perfect her craft and very soon became a highly sought-after airbrush artist.
She used social platforms like Instagram, google, yelp, and the knot to promote her business and build a loyal clientele. After one year she moved into a salon suite in oak brook and also started her eCommerce site selling private label tanning products and supplies all over the country. Using Instagram and local Chicago influencers Nicole managed to grow a huge following and brand recognition.
Nicole works with a chemist who is able to bottle up the solution used in the salon for clients to use at home. In july 2021 Nicole launched a medical-grade skincare line to help clients who come in with acne or problematic skin. Nicole listens to her clients and asks them what they are missing and then gives them a solution.
